Remy Oliver is an Associate Attorney at Freed Grant LLC. Born in London, England to American diplomats, he is a 2019 graduate of the University of Virginia with a B.A. in Government–Foreign Affairs with honors. Remy graduated magna cum laude and Order of the Coif from William & Mary Law School in 2022. At William & Mary, he served on the Bill of Rights Journal and was a member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Competition Team.
After earning his law degree, Remy clerked for Judge Henry Butehorn in the Monmouth County Superior Court-Criminal Division in New Jersey. He initially relocated to Atlanta to work as a staff attorney for the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit. After his term concluded, he then served as a staff attorney for Chief Judge Carla Brown of the State Court of Gwinnett County.
Remy’s judicial experience in trial and appellate courts has provided him with the knowledge and skills necessary to navigate all levels of Georgia’s judicial system and efficiently serve a diverse array of clients.
