Gary S. Freed is Managing Partner of Freed Grant LLC. For 42 years he has resolved business, employment and real estate disputes. He has been actively involved in the Atlanta and Georgia legal communities. He is listed in the 2023, 2024 and 2025 Best Lawyers in America®.
Gary focuses on matters which include “business divorce,” restrictive covenants, real estate, employment, and probate issues. He has represented businesses that range from large corporations to startups with success. Gary also is one of the limited number of Atlanta attorneys with a practice in Asian business matters. He thinks creatively and focuses on solving problems for his clients. When needed, he proactively litigates cases. Gary coached soccer and baseball and actively played softball in several leagues for 40 years. He is an avid boater and enjoys his cruiser on Lake Lanier. Gary is a frequent commentator for print and broadcast stories on legal matters.
