Daniel Wang is an Associate Attorney at Freed Grant LLC and a 2022 graduate of Emory University School of Law. Before law school, Dan graduated with honors from the University of Chicago with a B.A. in Economics and minors in Biology and East Asian History. In addition to English, he can speak Chinese and French, which allows him to converse with some of the firm’s international clients.
In addition to his diverse educational background, Dan strongly believes in a cross-disciplinary approach to the law. He focused his legal education in both litigation and transactional matters. This allows him to handle a wide array of matters for Freed Grant LLC clients, with a focus on complex litigation.
At Emory Law, Dan completed his Transactional Skills program, providing among other things training in tax, bankruptcy, and accounting issues. He has also completed Emory Law’s unique program known as TI:GER (Technological Innovation: Generating Economic Results), specializing in issues of business formation/management, technology law, and intellectual property. Dan applies his technological acumen to helping clients with their matters in an efficient, forward-thinking manner.
