Amy Lynn Morgia is an Associate Attorney at Freed Grant LLC. Before joining Freed Grant, Amy served as Associate Claims Counsel for Fidelity National Financial in Omaha, Nebraska. In her in-house counsel role at Fidelity, Amy managed a large volume of title claims from several states through coverage determination, resolution, negotiation, and litigation. She worked collaboratively with other in-house counsel and outside counsel to effectively resolve claims.
Amy also was a summer clerk for Judge Kimberly M. Esmond Adams of the Superior Court of Fulton County and an intern to Magistrate Thomas R. Baker of the 15th Judicial Circuit of Florida. While attending Law School at the University of Georgia, Amy was a Student Clinician at the UGA School of Law First Amendment Clinic where she drafted complaints for cases involving unconstitutional government restrictions of speech and access. She was a Research Assistant for Dean Andrea Dennis. Amy also worked in the UGA Law Library. During her undergraduate years at the University of Florida she studied in Brussels.
