Gary S. Freed
Gary S. Freed is Managing Partner of Freed Grant LLC. For more than 37 years he has resolved business-related disputes and has been actively involved in the Atlanta and Georgia legal community.

Thomas C. Grant
Thomas C. Grant is a Partner with Freed Grant LLC and a member of the Business Litigation and Entertainment Law practice groups. Tom helps business people handle business problems—avoiding them when possible, resolving them when sensible, and going to the mat to fight when necessary. He is an aggressive business litigator who specializes in the areas of technology, intellectual property, and real estate litigation. He also routinely counsels clients in the areas of contract drafting and negotiation, data breach liability and response, and employment matters including non-competition and non-solicitation agreements. In addition, Tom often applies his business litigation skills to disputes in other sectors of the economy, in cases involving fraud, RICO, corporate governance and ownership, dissenter’s rights, unfair competition, and debtor-creditor issues.
Gerald T. Chichester
Gerald T. Chichester is an Associate Attorney with Freed Grant LLC. Gerald has a strong background in business law, litigation, non-patent intellectual property, and public sector entities, which equips him to handle a wide range of business-related issues and inquiries. Gerald has successfully litigated on behalf of both public and private entities in actions concerning title to land, garnishment, disciplinary matters, and alleged ethics violations. Gerald has counseled clients on probate matters, compliance with construction statutes, and matters concerning copyright and trademark registration and infringement. Gerald couples his litigation and counseling background with transactional experience dealing with non-disclosure agreements, intergovernmental agreements, and intellectual property licensing agreements to best represent clients, regardless of the nature of their issue.
Ke “Kim” Zhang
Kim is a Law Clerk with Freed Grant LLC. Kim recently graduated with honors from Emory University School of Law and is in the credentialing process to become an Associate Attorney at the firm. She has a strong background in cross-border business, eCommerce law, disputes, and multinational conflict resolution. This foundation equips her uniquely to analyze, address, and resolve cross-border legal issues both within and outside the United States.
Kim enjoys contributing to the global community. She volunteered at the Egyptian Center of Women Rights, primary schools in Bali Island, and the Global Village program in Atlanta, GA. One of the videos about her volunteer experience received more than 7 million hits on online platforms in China.
Jessica M. Lange
