Dan is a 2022 graduate of Emory University School of Law and is awaiting Georgia Bar admission. He is presently a law clerk with Freed Grant LLC. Before law school, Dan graduated with honors from the University of Chicago with a B.A. in Economics and certificates in Oncology and Chinese History.
Dan strongly believes in a cross-disciplinary approach to the law and has thus focused his legal education in both litigation and transactional matters. At Emory Law, Dan completed his Transactional Skills program, providing among other things training in tax, bankruptcy, and accounting issues. He has also completed Emory Law’s unique program TI:GER (Technological Innovation: Generating Economic Results), specializing in issues of business formation/management, technology law, and intellectual property.

Dan has played the violin since he was eight years old, practicing traditional WuShu since the age of 10, and was a professional archer in college. Dan also enjoys playing video games and tinkering with computers.
